Educational materials and information provided through KotechWorld are intended for educational purposes. We do not guarantee that every resource is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for every educational purpose.

Users should independently verify important academic information where appropriate.

6. User-Submitted Content

Users may be permitted to upload educational materials, documents, notes, assignments, images, or other content.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You have the right or permission to submit the content.
• Your submission does not unlawfully infringe another person’s copyright or other rights.

7. Points System

KotechWorld may provide points as part of the Study Hub reward system.

Points may be earned through activities that KotechWorld designates as eligible activities.

The number of points awarded for an activity may be changed by KotechWorld where reasonably necessary.

Points have no independent cash value unless and until they qualify for an eligible withdrawal under our applicable rules.

8. Points Conversion

The current points conversion rate is:

1,000 points = ₦1,000.

KotechWorld may modify the points system, conversion rules, eligible activities, or other reward conditions where reasonably necessary.

Any changes may affect future points earned or future withdrawal requests.

9. Withdrawal of Points

Eligible users may request withdrawal of qualifying points through the withdrawal feature provided on KotechWorld.

A withdrawal request may require the user to provide accurate payment information, including bank account information.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is correct.

9.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount may be set by KotechWorld and displayed within the withdrawal feature.

Unless otherwise stated on the website, the minimum withdrawal may be 1,000 points (₦1,000).

9.2 Withdrawal Review

Withdrawal requests may be reviewed before payment is completed.

We may delay, reject, suspend, or investigate a withdrawal where we reasonably believe that:

• The account contains fraudulent activity.
• Points were obtained through manipulation or abuse.
• The withdrawal information is inaccurate.
• The account violates these Terms.
• The transaction requires additional verification.
• Technical, security, legal, or payment issues require investigation.

9.3 Rejected Withdrawals

Where a withdrawal is rejected, the relevant points may be returned to the user’s available balance where appropriate.

Points associated with confirmed fraudulent or abusive activity may be withheld or removed.

9.4 Payment Processing

A withdrawal request is not a guarantee of immediate payment.

Payment processing may depend on account verification, availability of payment services, banking systems, weekends, public holidays, technical issues, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Fraud and Points Abuse

KotechWorld takes points and withdrawal fraud seriously.

We may investigate accounts where we detect unusual activity, automated abuse, multiple-account activity, manipulation of activities, fake submissions, or other attempts to obtain points improperly.

Where appropriate, we may suspend the account, cancel improperly obtained points, reject withdrawals, or take other reasonable action.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, KotechWorld and its licensors retain ownership of the website, branding, software, design, logos, original educational content, graphics, and other materials provided by KotechWorld.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit KotechWorld materials without appropriate permission.

12. Copyright Complaints
